New trainees
On 4 September, three new juvenile workers/students from Olesno's 1st level trade school started their careers at Netecs-Elektromatik-Nestro in Stare Olesno.
We are delighted that Szymon and Tobiasz, who are learning to be electricians, and Tomasz, who is learning to be a locksmith and, in the future, a welder, have joined us.
Our managers and OHS specialists welcomed the boys and their parents at the first meeting, where we discussed the principles of learning and safe work.
We now have a total of 12 trainees/juvenile workers from three grades at our companies in Stare Olesno, and we are very pleased that our original project of the Career Explorers' Day and cooperation with primary schools is having such positive effects.
We have been training students for 10 years now and in recognition of this we have been awarded a congratulatory letter from the Guild of Crafts and Small Business in Olesno, with which we work closely and which supports us in all activities related to the development and vocational training of our students.
We would like to thank our company's Job Training Instructors for their commitment, patience and support of young people in their professional development.
Our aim is always to offer these young people jobs in their learned professions after graduation and to enable them to remain here in the local environment of the Olesno and Kluczbork area.
A dozen or so of those who have already completed their education with us have subsequently taken up employment in our companies, and we are very happy to have them.
