We have successfully completed the delivery of 6 industrial fans for a drying installation in the USA

The units were manufactured in accordance with the customer’s requirements and the operating conditions of the installation.
🔹 All parts in contact with the process medium were made of stainless steel and glass bead blasted ✨
🔹 The remaining components were manufactured from carbon steel and protected with a C3-H corrosion protection coating 🎨🛡️

🔸 Operating temperature: 72°C
🔸 Altitude: 550 m above sea level
🔸 Power supply: 60 Hz
✅ 2 × HT-SFN 75HP fans (55 kW)
🔸 Capacity: 42 191 m³/h
🔸 Total pressure: 2458 Pa
🔸 Operating temperature: 59°C
🔸 Altitude: 837 m above sea level
🔸 Power supply: 60 Hz

⚡ All units were equipped with WEG motors compliant with:
✔️ NEMA Mechanical
✔️ NEMA MG-1

Each fan was additionally equipped with:
🔧 inlet and outlet transitions
🔧 inspection door
🔧 vibration isolators
🔧 vibration monitoring sensors
🔧 condensate drain
🔧 automatic lubricators
🔧 motors with insulated bearings
🔧 flexible connections on both inlet and outlet sides
