Speciality fans
Our speciality fans are intended for customers with special requirements regarding the respective transport application or the individual fan construction. We offer fans in special versions to meet these requirements.
Fans with a type K belt drive are intended as replacements for standard fans with a direct drive where there is a risk of damaging the motor bearings due to overloading in very demanding applications, for example materials handling. This solution protects the motor bearings and extends the motor service life.
Fan versions for use at high temperatures also constitute special solutions, expanding the operating range of the fans and allowing the transportation of media at temperatures up to 150°C or 200oC.
We supply speciality fans to meet individual customer requirements on the basis of standard fans, which are redesigned for the respective end use. These solutions are most commonly used in complex machinery. Special designs allow the fan to be individually adapted to other system components. Such solutions adapted to customer requirements are gaining popularity for cost reasons, and due to the installation of such fans in series production systems.
