Processes involved in the development of new fans
Below are the processes involved in the development of new equipment.
Every technical device, such as fans, goes through three fundamental processes: the design and construction process, the manufacturing process and the operating process.
Each of these processes may include activities that lead to a change in the characteristics of the technical object, which can be referred to as innovation.
The starting point in the design and construction process of radial fans is the theoretical analysis of the geometrical features of the fan in terms of the desired performance based on the latest published scientific advancements and our own bench experiments.
Following the analysis, a prototype fan is made, the parameters of which are verified on a test bench. The design documentation of the fan is based on the outcome of the experiment.Such a design process makes it possible to target the desired structural and operational characteristics at an early stage.
The next process is the manufacturing of the fan.
The manufacturing process is largely determined by the design of the device, which is geared towards the use of simple technological processes both in the manufacture and assembly of parts, low production costs and the aesthetics of the device.
This manufacturing process, although not visible to the device user, also exhibits qualities of innovation as it varies and improves with the introduction of every new fan model. When designing a fan, it is necessary to take into account the many factors that can occur in the operating area of the fan.
The operation of a device consists of its use and maintenance. The operating features of a device include its performance under the given operating conditions and its reliability, which is determined by the durability of individual parts, the probability of failure, failure rate and reparability.
All these measures of reliability, which are of great importance to the user, positively distinguish the fans manufactured by 'NETECS' from other suppliers of such equipment.
The attention paid to the product in all the above-mentioned production phases ensures that fans are tailored to the user's needs, taking into account the product’s performance, material, technological, assembly, operational, economic and aesthetic characteristics.
